Breakfast is served at our partner restaurant, Chleboteka (7a Sikorskiego Street), located just a 3-minute walk from the property.

Does the property offer free parking? 

We offer private parking in an underground garage for 30 PLN per night. Prior reservation is required.

What is the check-in process? 

We offer contactless self check-in. On the day of your arrival (around 11:00 AM), after you complete the online registration (e-meldunek), you will receive an email with detailed instructions and access codes for the main entrance and electronic lock. This allows you to arrive at any time, even late at night.

Is the property suitable for families with children? 

Absolutely, children are very welcome! Upon request and prior notification, we can provide:

Baby cot with bedding: 50 PLN

High chair: 30 PLN

Is early check-in or late check-out possible? 

Standard check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee customized to your requested time. Please contact our staff to arrange this.

Is there air conditioning in the apartment? 

Yes, all our apartments feature modern, individually controlled air conditioning to keep you comfortable even on hot days.

What exactly is provided in the kitchenette? 

Our kitchenettes are fully equipped for easy meal preparation:

Stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine

Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses

Basic cleaning supplies (dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets)

Complimentary starter supply of coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper

Can I get a VAT invoice for my stay? 

Yes, we issue VAT invoices for both personal and business stays. Please request an invoice when booking and provide your full company details, including the NIP/Tax ID. Invoices are sent electronically on your departure date.

Is high-speed wireless Wi-Fi available? 

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments; the password is provided inside your unit.

Are there grocery stores and restaurants nearby? 

Yes! The Quorum complex is situated in a vibrant yet peaceful area of central Wrocław with great local amenities:

Stores: Żabka and Blumiś convenience stores are located right in the same building. Larger supermarkets (such as Kaufland on Legnicka Street) are within a 10–15 minute walk.

Restaurants & Cafes: New dining spots frequently open around the complex and on nearby Kępa Mieszczańska. Our partner restaurant, Chleboteka, is just 3 minutes away on foot (Sikorskiego Street). A 15-minute walk brings you to the Market Square and the Four Denominations District, offering hundreds of restaurants, cafes, and bars featuring global cuisine.

Is the property accessible for guests with disabilities? 

The Quorum building complex is fully accessible for step-free mobility. However, the individual apartments do not feature specialized disability modifications (such as grab bars or walk-in shower access). Please contact our team ahead of time to discuss your specific needs.

What is the cancellation policy? 

Cancellation terms depend on the option selected during booking:

Flexible Rate: Free cancellation or modification up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged at 100% of the booking value.

Non-Refundable Rate: Offers a special discounted rate, but does not allow free cancellation or date changes. Payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
